September 2026
- Bin & Box integration. Flock & Field can now push for-sale animals and
homestead products straight into a connected Bin & Box account as they change — no second inventory
list to keep in sync by hand. One-directional, opt-in, Pro feature.
- Social cross-posting. Connect Facebook, Instagram, or Reddit and push for-sale
listings out automatically instead of posting them manually on each platform. Pro feature.
- Guinea fowl, emu, and pheasant join chicken, duck, turkey, goose, and quail as
trackable poultry types — flock groups and egg collection both support all eight now.
- Farm logo. Upload a logo for your farm, shown on your public for-sale page and in
the app's own header.
- Medication and dosage tracking. Medical events now track which medication was given
and at what dosage, with autocomplete from medications you've used before — and picking one you've used
previously prefills the dosage and withdrawal dates from last time.
- Meat, egg, and milk withdrawal periods tracked separately. The same treatment often
has genuinely different withdrawal periods for meat, eggs, and milk — previously only one date was
tracked per treatment. Eggs and milk pages now warn if any animal of that type has an active
withdrawal.
- Faster photo loading. Animal photos now generate a real thumbnail alongside the
full-size copy, so browsing a gallery or a public listing page no longer downloads full-resolution
images just to show small previews.
- Bot protection on sign-in. Signup and login are now protected against automated
abuse.
- Redesigned public farm listing page. A real hero header, better photo layout, and
more polish on the page buyers actually see.
Earlier
- Manual on-hand inventory counts for eggs and milk — reconcile your running collected/
sold math against an actual physical count whenever drift builds up, the same way a warehouse does a
cycle count.
- Homestead products marketplace. Soap, bread, produce, or anything else you sell
besides animals, eggs, and milk now gets its own listing, on-hand count, and photo on your public page.
- Age-based price tiers for animals still for sale — schedule a price to automatically
step down as an animal ages, instead of managing it by hand.
- Passkey sign-in alongside the existing passwordless email code — sign in with
Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello instead of typing a code.
