About Echelora

Echelora started the way most useful software does — out of frustration with the tools already out there. Running a working homestead means keeping track of animals, health records, breeding, pastures, feed costs, and a dozen other moving parts, and the options for doing that were either aimed at massive commercial operations or were little more than a spreadsheet with a login screen. So we built our own: Flock & Field, designed from day one around how a real small farm actually operates, not how a software company imagines one does.

The same pattern showed up again on the inventory side. Warehouses and larger operations kept running into the same wall — inventory software that was either bloated with features nobody used, or so bare-bones it couldn't answer a simple "what do we have and where is it" question without a spreadsheet on the side. Bin & Box is our answer to that.

We're a small company, not a venture-backed one racing to add features nobody asked for. That means we can actually talk to the people using our software, fix what's broken quickly, and build what's genuinely useful next — instead of whatever looks good in a quarterly roadmap slide.

How we work

Fast feedback loops

When something's broken or missing, we want to hear about it directly — both products have an in-app feedback channel that goes straight to the people building them, not a ticket queue.

Constant improvement

We ship small, frequent updates instead of saving everything for one big annual release. If a fix or a feature is ready, it goes out — no waiting for the next "version."

Customers first

Every feature we build starts from an actual problem someone using the software ran into — usually us, since we use both products ourselves day to day.

Frequently asked questions

Are Flock & Field and Bin & Box related products?

They're both built and run by Echelora, but they're separate, independent products solving different problems — Flock & Field for homestead/livestock management, Bin & Box for larger-scale inventory tracking. Using one doesn't require or connect to the other.

How much do they cost?

Both offer a free tier to start, with paid plans for teams that need more — pricing is shown on each product's own site once you sign up.

How do you handle feature requests and bug reports?

Directly. Both products have a built-in feedback page where you can flag a bug or suggest a feature, and it's read by the same small team that builds the software — not routed through a support layer.

Is my data kept private?

Yes — your farm's or warehouse's data belongs to you. We don't sell it, and we only use it to run the service you signed up for. See each product's own Privacy Policy for the full details.

What's next for Echelora?

More of the same approach: keep both products focused on solving real problems for the people actually using them, and keep shipping improvements quickly rather than sitting on a long roadmap.
